In general, delivery charges will apply and every effort will be made to keep these to a minimum. At the management's discretion, delivery charges may be waived for larger orders, e.g. in excess of €200.
To Order
The site has an SSL (Security Certificate) however, if you do not wish to purchase online the following options are available:

3. Telephone 00 353 (0)59 6481999 to place your order.
4. Send your order by post to: Wicklow Fine Foods, Lathaleere, Baltinglass, County Wicklow, Ireland.
Payment
Methods of payment online and offline are as follows:
Cheque (only from Irish banks in Euro) Laser Card, Credit Cards.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
You are only charged for goods once they have been dispatched. If we are sending part of an order, we only charge for items we send. The out of stock items will only be charged when they come into stock and are dispatched.

Vat Receipts can be sent separately if you request same.
For gifts the invoice or receipt will be sent to the payee not the recipient of the gift.

For orders above these weights please send us your order, we will then send you a quote for the post and packaging charge by e-mail and if you are satisfied we will then despatch your order.
The above rates are based on 2-3 day delivery time for Ireland, UK and Europe. Guaranteed Delivery time for the USA and the rest of the world is ten working days. Delivery Times
We aim to deliver goods to you within a maximum period of 7 days from ordering. Our average actual delivery times are generally 1 -3 days from placing your order. Occasionally, at busy times, stock may be unavailable for a short time, however, this is rare. With credit card payment, orders will generally be dispatched the day following receipt of order.
Delivery Times - Items Out Of Stock
If you order an item that is shown available on a Pre-Order basis, we shall email you shortly after receiving your order (within a maximum of 5 days) and inform you of the expected delivery date of your order. If the expected delivery date is not suitable for you - you can cancel your order and receive a refund.
Delivery Times - General
If you have chosen to pay for your order by sending us a Cheque or a Postal Order - please allow additional time for your payment to clear, before we dispatch your order. This generally adds a further 5-7 working days to the delivery time for your order. You can check the status of your order by contacting us by phone or e-mail.

Accepting orders and security
In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, to confirm your identity. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions. We will send you an automatic email to confirm that we have received your order. We reserve the right to decline your order; in which case, we will contact you by email or contact you to seek an alternative payment method, or advise you of the location of a local stockist.
Returns
In the event of a product being found to be faulty, please contact us immediately to discuss the problem and, if appropriate, to arrange return of the product to us for examination. Every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction with our products. |
